Sketch Crawl 12 and a half

World Wide Sketch Crawl 12 and a half was yesterday, so I got out my moleskine, blue bean paint box and water brush and sketch-crawled around my house. Here's a wall in the foyer.

Not ready

Once again I didn't get my holiday card finished in time for the holidays. This is the WIP. Maybe next year I'll get it painted.I've been sitting in a lot of doctor's offices lately with my elderly aunt so I decided to start knitting again. We all needed new stockings so that was my first project, starting in late November. I got 3 out of 5 finished. I'll have the ones for the husband and me done by Christmas 07. Next project is a scarf for the Red Scarf Project.

I found an open studio nearby. The current session started a week ago Monday. I love it. The model was so-so this week, but a bad day drawing beats a good day doing anything else.

Trip to Wyeth Country and Longwood Gardens

Finally getting around to posting some pages from my sketch book and photos. No photography was allowed at the Brandywine River Museum or NC Wyeth's studio, and they keep you moving so fast no time to draw. Only got a picture of the Brandywine River outside the museum. Sketches and other photos are from Longwood Gardens.
